2. What documents are required to rent a camera?
You’ll need to provide a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driver’s License) along with a recent utility bill or address proof. For professionals or companies, a GST certificate or company ID may also be accepted.
3. How much is the security deposit, and when will it be refunded?
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The exact amount depends on the value of the equipment rented. Once the equipment is returned in good condition, your deposit will be refunded within 24–48 hours.
4. Do you offer same-day rentals and doorstep delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day rentals depending on availability. We also offer convenient doorstep delivery and pickup services across Delhi NCR.
5. What happens if the rented equipment gets damaged or lost?
In case of minor damage, repair costs will be deducted from the deposit. For major damage or loss, the renter is responsible for covering the full replacement cost of the equipment.

Most rentals include essential accessories like battery packs, chargers, and carrying cases. Additional gear like gimbals, memory cards, and microphones can be added on request.
5. Can I check the equipment before renting?
Absolutely. You are welcome to visit our office or request a live video demo before confirming your rental.

2. Is advance payment required to confirm a booking?
Yes, an advance payment of at least 30% of the total rental cost is required to confirm your booking. The balance can be settled at the time of pickup or delivery.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the booking date, you’ll receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, a small cancellation fee may apply.
